Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer / Yard Worker to assist with daily operations in an outdoor yard environment. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving and organizing products, cleaning and maintaining the yard, and assisting with the preparation and repair of concrete forming equipment and materials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the yard.
Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and preparing concrete forming equipment and accessories for rental or shipment.
Perform general yard maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping.
Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
Assist with minor repairs, maintenance, sanding, painting, and preparation of equipment.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and yard personnel to complete daily assignments.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or yard experience preferred.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team.
Must be willing to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced yard environment.
