Schedule: Monday-Saturday (1 day off during the week; Saturdays are a MUST)
Retail hours vary: 8:00am-7:00pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is willing to learn the industry, and can proactively generate their own leads. The Sales Associate will assist customers with pool and spa products/services while supporting day-to-day showroom and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with pool and spa inquiries
- Generate new business through self-sourced leads, referrals, and community outreach
- Educate customers on pool/spa products, equipment, and services
- Prepare quotes, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals
- Support showroom merchandising and product displays
- Assist with site visits, measurements, or hands-on product demos as needed
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Entry-level; sales experience a plus but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently
- Comfortable with hands-on work and learning technical products
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
