Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Parts Sales Associate:
- Assist Parts Manager with customer’s quote request and order processing.
- Works directly with vendors and manufacturers requesting pricing and availability for parts and equipment sales. Must respond promptly to these inquiries/needs.
- Communicating with customers on current and past due sales orders.
- Work with project managers and the engineering team to create a spare parts list for current company jobs.
- Staying up to date with vendor pricing and product changes.
- Keeping quote and sales logs up to date.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills, good time management, computer skills (MS Office), dependability,
This is an administrative role - In the office at a computer. Will need basic office skills, including MS Office. Candidate should have good communication, both written and oral.
