Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (possible overtime)
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This position will support the department by assembling harnesses and assisting with general production tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble harnesses according to work instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other general production duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a team environment.
